Good morning, everyone. (82-1)
I think we should make a start. (82-2)
We're here to discuss the final budget. (83)
I'd like to ask Fukuda-san to tell us her views on the first point. (84-1)
I think we should wait until we have all the relevant information at hand. (84-2)
Has anyone got any comments on that? (84-3)
Could we hear what Ms. Beyer has to say? (84-4)
May I come in here? (85-1)
I'd like to comment on that. (85-2)
Mr. Suzuki, please go ahead. (85-3)
In my view, the proposed deal is not going to benefit the company. (85-4)
I agree with Nakata-san. (86)
To a certain extent I agree with you. (87-1)
But don't you think we need to consider the budget constraints in place currently? (87-2)
I completely agree with you on that. (88)
I think we may have a disagreement. (89)
I don't agree with you. (90)
I'm not sure I can agree with you. (91)
Sorry, Hiramoto-san, I have to stop you there. (92)
One at a time, please. (93)
We are moving away from the point here. (94)
I'm afraid that's outside the scope of this meeting. (95)
Sorry. I didn't catch that. (96-1)
Could you please repeat that? (96--2)
I said there's no risk of overstretching our budget. (96--3)
So, if I understand you correctly, you want to proceed as planned. (96--4)
Sorry, could you please explain what "sublicense" is? (97)
So, what you're saying is that you want to proceed as planned. (98)
Now, to summarize what's been said, the proposed deal is not feasible, at least not in the near future. (99)
Let's put the question to a vote. (100)
Will those in favor of the motion please hold up their right hand? And those against? (101)
I think that covers everything. (102-1)
I'd like to thank you all for coming today. (102-2)
I'll be in touch about the date of the next meeting. (102-3)
