カンマを入れた解答編です。
• Commas to Link (主語・述語動詞のそろった、独立のセンテンスどうしを区切ります)

本題とは関係ないのですが、(a)の
・・・and in any cash distribution should a corporation be dissolved.
の部分は、所謂倒置なのだと思いますが、文法的にどのように解釈できるのでしょうか。

should以下は、if a corporation is dissolved を少々、フォーマルにしてあるだけです。
